Christmas orders only
All orders placed on this website are Christmas orders, for collection from our Main Bakery (82a Old Park Lane, Southport, PR9 7BT) or local delivery on Christmas Eve (24 December). By placing an order you confirm you have read and understood this.
Deposits and payment
- A deposit is taken when you order: £20 for orders over £70, or £10 for smaller orders. Any delivery charge is paid at the same time.
- The remaining balance is payable by cash or card when you collect your order or when it is delivered.
- Local delivery is available within 6 miles of the bakery for £6.
- Deposits are non-refundable, including if you cancel your order or do not collect it or accept delivery on Christmas Eve.
- If you need to change your order, please contact us as soon as possible on 01704 601071 (option 1).
- If we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason, we will refund your deposit in full. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Allergens and dietary information
Our products are made in a kitchen that handles a range of allergens, and many of our products contain allergens such as cereals containing gluten. Because everything is prepared in the same kitchen, we cannot guarantee that any product is free from traces of allergens.
If you or anyone you are ordering for has a food allergy or intolerance, please call us on 01704 601071 (option 1) before ordering, and we will tell you exactly what each product contains.
Product information
- Product photos are for illustration. Our food is handmade, so appearance, size and weight can vary slightly.
- Items that are not cooked when collected must be cooked thoroughly before eating. Follow any cooking and storage instructions we give you.
- Please keep chilled products refrigerated and eat them by the date we give you.

We work hard to keep the information on this website accurate and up to date, including prices, descriptions and availability. However, mistakes can occasionally happen. If we find an error affecting your order, we will contact you before going ahead.
